Aleksandra Mikos

Aleksandra Mikos, born October 11, 1929 in Czarny Dunajec, Poland to Jozef and Anna (nee Podczerwinsk) Mietus, passed away on January 26, 2022. Loving wife to the late Stanislaw Mikos, beloved sister to Stanislaw Mietus and Helen Szaflarska of Czarny Dunajec, Poland; cherished mother to Bernice (Ronald) Roeder of Hawthorn Woods, Casey (Stanislawa) Mikos of Niles, and Stanley (Gloria Swanson) Mikos of Chicago; fond grandmother to Stephan Roeder of Hawthorn Woods, Daniel Roeder of Pompano Beach, Sylvia Mikos of Niles, and Jessica Mikos of Niles.

Aleksandra was a long time member of St. Cornelius Catholic Church and a dedicated housewife and mother.

A visitation for Aleksandra will be held Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 North Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646. A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 3, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, 6000 North Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646. Aleksandra will be laid to rest at Saint Adalbert Cemetery, Niles, beside her dearest husband.
