

Born in Salinas, California, Alma’s family moved to Yuma, Arizona, where she attended high school.
She earned her B.S. in Technical Management from Chicago’s DeVry University and her Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Alma worked at Fred Teitelbaum Construction for over two decades.
Alma lived her life to the fullest. She loved to cook, enjoyed her spirits, and made everyone around her feel special and loved. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and co-workers.
Daughter of the late Lorenzo C. Roque and Emilia Bernal Roque. Beloved sister of Lorenzo (Maribel) Roque, Rosa (Cesar) Tinoco, and Lorena Roque; adored aunt (“Tia Alma”) of Marco (Andrea Munguia) and Alexa Tinoco. Her dearest cousins the Rowland and Bernal family and lifelong friend of Marc Brodbeck and family and her much loved Teitelbaum family.
Family and friends will gather on South Padre Island, Texas on July 17th, 2023 (Alma’s 49th birthday) to celebrate her life.
