

He was born in Chicago, IL on November 22, 1945 to Frank and Virginia (Smith) Kouchoukos. He graduated from Prosser Vocational High School in Chicago, IL. In 1966 he entered the United States Army, completing 3 years of active service and one tour in Vietnam. He then transferred to the United States Army Reserves for an additional 3 years of service. In 1971 he became a Chicago Police Officer. He retired after 27 years of service and moved with his wife to Cape Coral, Florida.
Andy loved socializing and entertaining with family and friends, cooking, boating, and traveling the world with his wife Carol (Sheehy).
He is survived by nephews Frank (Jennifer) Kouchoukos, Matthew (Marianne) Kouchoukos, and nieces Krista (Michael) Diffenderffer, Jaclyn (Brian) Murphy, Jamie (Anthony) Napolitano, Jennifer (Michael) Pekic, and Joanne (Fernando) Traversa.
He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and siblings William, George, and Helen Kouchoukos.
