To all of Ann's family, I first met Ann when I was 21 years old.  I started at Nystrom as a hand painter of biological parts, something that Ann had many years of experience doing.  I was privledged to know her.  She was a fun-loving person.  She was kind too.  Most of the other women would gosip but not Ann.  I was there when she retired and when Nystrom had their lunchens at the end of the year sometimes Ann would come and we got to talk.  I left just before the company moved most of its employees to Indianapolis.  I have to tell you that Ann was so proud of all of her children.  She talked about you all often.  I am sorry that I was unable to keep in contact with her after I moved.  To Anna, I must say that I too had a grandmother that was very special to me.  She is never far from my thoughts or heart.  Let that be a comfort to you and your whole family, Ann will always be with you in your thoughts and in your hearts. God bless.

Judy,my condolences to you and your family.  I know how hard it is to lose a mother, but at least she is not suffering anymore. From the stories you have told me she was a real character.  My thoughts and prayers are with you, please feel free to let me know if you need anything.

I am very sorry for the lose of your Mother here on Earth but I believe you will be together again. I pray you will know comfort and peace knowing she is in the loving hands of our Lord. Judy, I feel as though I knew your mom thru you, I am so sorry to hear of her passing, know that she is not suffering any more, remember she is right there watching over you and anna looking down and smiling, she will show you that she is there with you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and anna, if you need anything please let me know.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

She was just an amazing woman. No one can ever replace her. She gave her life in service to others. She impacted each she came into contact with through her spunky personality or immense love for people. She was a strong woman...the word strong seems weak in comparison to the strength she displayed. She worked hard her whole life even to her very last moments. I am grateful to of had the chance to tell her that she could let go and surrender to Jesus...that if she called on Him, He would rescue her and save her from this body of death that entangled her. Those were her very last moments on earth as she passed shortly after. I am so grateful the Lord allowed me to be with her until the very end.
Grandma, I will always love you. You were such a blessing in my life and I will always remember and be thankful for all the memories we have shared the past twenty-one years. Memories such as eating cookies together late at night...my chubbier days :); hearing your cute raspy voice; seeing you wear your colorful shirts with matching pants as well as seeing you fix your shoes and sowing a band on the top so they wouldn't fall off; hearing you call people saying, "Yooouuwhooo"; watching you crochet rock awesome blankets; playing parcheesi and 500 rummy; watching Golden Girls; rolling around in your electric wheelchair; watching you scoot around in your wheelchair; seeing you rock back in forth in that big rocking chair in our front room or in your wheel chair always getting tangled up on your oxygen cord (you always said your wheel chair and oxygen cord must of had a magnetic attraction); pushing you around in your wheel chair I must say I thoroughly enjoyed; asking questions and talking to you about your life; talking to you in general; holding your hand; hugging each other and getting your kiss on my cheek; hearing you say that you loved me and that you were concerned about me; hearing the excitement in your voice when I would call or see you; driving you places when your head was barely above my dashboard :); having you walk me halfway to school when I was younger; saying you were 5'3 when you were clearly much shorter due to age so we made you stand up and we measured you :) and you were 5'0; your jokes about wanting to die and us pulling your leg by telling you that you would outlive all of us (you just had to be there :D); and so many more. These memories will always be in my heart and on my mind. God is so good in having put us in one another's lives. I cannot express in words how much I love you and will always be grateful for the time we spent together. I will miss you dearly...so much so that the pain of having to part from you is too great to bear more often than not. I know you would tell me not to worry about you, but I cannot help it...the bond we share will never be broken. Holding your warm hands and being near your soft heart will never be something I forget. I love you Grandma always and forever.
