It is with a heavy heart to hear of your passing. Fond memories of our friendship will always remain that I will treasure forever.  Rest in peace my dear friend, Annabelle.

I wish I had the super power to turn back time so just I can get one more opportunity to talk to you, to tell you everything we all love about you and to tell you how much I appreciate you . You are not here anymore but you will always be in my heart. I won’t say goodbye my friend . For you and I will meet again.

This was in 2010 when I had a chance to fly to Chicago. I remember how excited we were to finally see each other again after so so many years.  I will always remember you as my sweet, soft-spoken Ninang who dearly calls me "Ging-ging" and who's always excited to share stories about her plants 😁 Rest in peace my Ninang Annabelle 🙏
