Tony and I were co-chairmen of the Eagle Boards for a number of years. He was always fair in his questions and offered many great examples to the boys while he mentored them. We had a great professional relationship while doing our jobs for the BSA and I will miss his humor especially on tech problems.

I’ve only transitioned to Boy Scouts in the last few years but was fortunate to sit on a few Eagle Scout board of reviews over the last couple years with Mr Czerwinski- (as I understand he has spent almost a full career supporting). Mr. C was always an euthiastic participant on these reviews and was always willing to share his experiences and memories. I appreciate the time and wisdom he shared with all of our potential and earned Eagles. He was truly a gem with Boy Scouts and on the Northwest side of Chicago. Troop 943 of St. Monica Parish wants to express our gratitude and loss, especially to his family and friends, and his home Troop 803.
