A devout woman of God, her life was dedicated to prayer and her family. She prayed the Rosary and the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy daily. Her children and family members would turn to her for prayers during difficult times and all would ask for her blessing.
In her younger years, Antolina enjoyed hobbies such as sewing and embroidery. She spent the Spring and Summer gardening while enjoying nature. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family. Her home was visited by many and welcomed to all, always with a hot cup of coffee and crackers.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Isidro, with whom she was married to for nearly 60 years, her late son Jose (Maria), late twin son Raul (Robin), late twin son Saul. She is survived by her children Hector (Susana), Gladys (Juan), Carlos (Gladys), Maria (James), Bernadette (Tulio), Nelida (Victor), 22 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A visitation for Antolina will be held Monday, March 4, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 North Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646. Chapel Prayers, Monday, March 4, 2024 from 10:30 AM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, March 4, 2024 from 11:00 AM at St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish & Church, 6020 W Ardmore Ave, Chicago, IL 60646. Following an Interment at St Joseph Catholic Cemetery, River Grove, IL.
