Betty Jane Sirks, nee Strandberg, 95, passed away Oct. 26, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Carl; loving mother of Lonnie (Rose) and Linnea (Ron) Sima; cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Peter) Shanahan, Eric Brown, Kristin Sima (Jay Topp), Katie Sirks, Michael Sima and Jason (Janet) Sima and great grandmother of Christian, Eduardo, Sebastian, Owen and Micaela; dearest sister of the late Carl Strandberg and Elsie (the late George) Marberg; devoted aunt of many. Visitation Saturday, Oct. 29th, 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. at Drake & Son Funeral Home, 5303 N. Western Ave., Chicago. Interment private.
