Beloved husband of Leticia; loving father of Carmen (Eddie) Bendicion, Liz (Mark) Bradshaw, Didi (Mike) Galligar, Gem (Rich) Clarke, Belle Baltazar, Donald Baltazar, Hector (Maricar) Baltazar and the late Arthur (Marion) Baltazar; cherished grandfather of Lesley (Nick) Kettaneh, Nikko (Jamie) Bendicion, Ian Galligar, Gia Clarke, Jack Clarke, Erin Baltazar, Arlon (Donna) Baltazar, Marty Baltazar, Mikey Baltazar, Clifford Baltazar, Cliffloyd Baltazar and great grandfather of Sofia Kettaneh.
