The first time we met Dave was when he and Karen were dating. They came to a BBQ at our house. However, they went to the wrong house and ended up partying with our neighbors for some time before realizing it.
Dave was fun to play poker with, even if he did hate wild cards.
He will be missed!
We are so sorry we can’t be there today.
Hugs,
Geri and Bill

Dave and I hung out quite a bit when we lived in the manor, funny story I'll never forget, we were at that age when we were gaining interest in motorized bikes, mini bikes, mopeds, anything to ride, Dave's older brother( dont know which one) had a Honda 50cc I Belive parked in the garage, we went out and hung out in the garage just looking at it, and taking turns sitting on it making Belive we were Steve McQueen, when much to our surprise, Dave noticed the key was left in it, Well why not see if it starts, so we did, and it Did, we gunned the engine and blew the horn, and thought we'd take it off the kickstand, so he did, I told him to pull in the clutch, he said now what, I said put in gear, and he did, now what, I said let the clutch out easy,,,,, well he gave it gas, and let out the clutch, and ended up putting it through the back wall of the garage, Oooops ! The bike was ok, but we worked our asses off trying to find nails , paint , wood and tar paper to fix the damage before anyone came home, I asked him about that when I seen him at Washington high one day, we laughed about that Crazy day, I'll never forget his laughs, he will be missed, RIP Dave, aka Steve McQueen , lol

I am so very sad to learn that David passed away. I truly am at a loss for words. My heart aches for all of us, but especially for Karen, Nick and Ben. It doesn't seem possible that our baby cousin is the first to pass.
I have so many memories of all the birthdays, holidays and gatherings we shared. After we moved to Florida, David and I took a couple night classes together; I really got to know him then....that was over 40 years ago. He was always so much fun...and I can still hear his laugh. I believe that there was an amazing celebration in heaven with his Dad, Mom, Aunts and Uncles.
Holding everyone close in my heart
Lynn
