David F. Fase Sr., age 77, of Pryor, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022. David was born September 24, 1944. Beloved husband of Judith, loving father of David, Jr. (Kris) and Lori Northcutt (Jay), grandfather of six, great grandfather of three, brother of Andrew L. Fase and brother-in-law Leon VanRees.
Preceded in death by parents Andrew and Emma Fase, sisters Phyllis (Art) Groen, Kay VanRees, Dolores Fase, sister-in-law Nancy Fase and son-in-law Jay Northcutt.
David was a proud member of Chicago Pipefitter's Union Local 597 for 55 years. David loved traveling in his motorhome, working in his yard, being with family and enjoying life to the fullest.
He was a loving, kind man and will be missed by everyone who knew him.
A memorial service for David will be held Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM with a chapel prayer service to begin at 4:00pm, at Andrew J. McGann & Son Funeral Home, 10727 S. Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60655.
