Derrick was a good son, brother, grandson, uncle, cousin, and friend. All around a great guy, that drew others near him. His personality was cool, low key, soft spoken, good listener, he was a person you could confide in. Most of us have our own stories or personal experiences with Derrick, be it family or friend, small or great, stressful, or heartwarming, whatever the experience I am sure it was memorable. What memory do you have of your son, your brother, your uncle, your cousin, your friend Derrick. Think of a moment you may have had or lived through together, a moment you may have laughed together no matter when or how long ago. That moment or time spent means something still. Whatever that moment may be, cherish it, remember it, share it, hold on to it.
