DIANA LEE NYKAZA
March 17, 1951 – January 22, 2017
Diana Lee Nykaza (Maiden: Kucharski), 65, of Zion, IL, passed away on Sunday January 22nd 2017 in Kenosha, WI at Aurora Medical Center.
Visitation will be held at Malec & Sons Funeral Home on Friday January 27th, 2017 at 8:30am – 10:00am, followed by a Prayer Service from 10:00am – 10:15.
The Funeral service will be held at St. Thecla Parish, 6725 W. Devon, Chicago, IL directly following the Prayer Service at 10:30am. Interment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery, 8600 N. Milwaukee Ave. Niles, IL.
Diana was born in Milwaukee, WI to Walter & Rose Kucharski on March 17th, 1951. She lived life with a creative energy and always found joy in learning and finding her next adventure. She especially loved to take those adventures behind the wheel of a car with her husband Joe. Their favorite destinations were places such as Northern Wisconsin, Iowa and Southern Illinois. She also found great joy in spending time with her children, family and friends.
Diana is preceded in death by her Mother, Rose Kucharski. and Father, Walter Kucharski, Mother-in-law, Anna Nykaza and Father-in-Law, Joseph Nykaza.
Diana is survived by her Loving Husband, Joseph M. Nykaza of Zion, IL. Her children; Chad (Shannon) Ehnert, Holly (James) Busch and Ben (Heidi) Ehnert. Her Grandchildren Isabella and Carter, Brother and Sister-in-law Fred and Diana Nykaza, Nieces Kim and Pam and her brother Jeffrey A. Kucharski
