Edward "Eddie" John Cozza was born in Chicago, IL to Edward and Frances Cozza. He remained a lifelong resident of the City of Chicago. He was a member of the carpenters union for most of his adult life. He loved the Chicago White Sox and fishing the shoreline of Lake Michigan but his fondest memories were fishing in the northwoods of Wisconsin with his family.
Edward was the loving husband to Susan Teran, proud father of Nicole, Michael, Cody (Crystal) and Crystal (Moses). Adoring grandfather to Andrew, Anthony, Adrian, Arianna, Nathan, Nevaeh and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Edward was survived by his siblings David (Nancy), Rick, Jo Ann, Jim, Amy, Kathy and Rosie. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Frances; sisters, Vicki, Christine, Susie and Linda and brother Michael.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 6 from 3:00 PM - 7 PM, with a Celebration of Life to start at 4:00 PM, at Drake and Son Funeral Home, 5303 North Western Ave., Chicago, IL 60625.
