Shyla is survived by her loving father and siblings Medardo G. (Pamela) Sanchez, Maria Natalya (Eric) Solomon, Edmundo (Colleen) Sanchez and Fabian Maurice (Karen) Sanchez. She was loved by many nieces and nephews: Nicole, Medardo Jr., Jennifer, Edwin, Matthew, Marco, Michael, Marianita, Maria and Erika.
Shyla loved her family dearly. She was a kind and caring person who chose to see the good in people.
Visitation Thursday, January 12th, 2017, from 3:00 pm to 9:00 p.m. at Drake & Son Funeral Home, 5303 N. Western Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, 60625. Prayers at the funeral home Friday, January 13th, 9:15 a.m. to Our Lady of Lourdes Church 4640 N. Ashland Avenue, Chicago, IL 60640 for funeral mass at 10:00 am. Interment Private.
