Mrs. O'neill was a wonderful person, just as her late husband Hillary was. I grew up with Valerie and we went to school together as well as attended the same church. I remember all of the birthday parties Mrs. O'Neill would throw for Valerie and the delicious
cupcakes she would bring to school on special days.  My sincere condolences go out to her entire family. Valerie, You are in my prayers. Love Fran

Just to say I am accompanying you at this moment in thought and prayer.

Frances was thoughtful and kind and I have loving memories of my few visits.

She and Hilary gave Kevin and myself some funny moments when we visited them at the Home.

Aunt Frances we have always been separated by a large ocean but you never failed to remember us with cards for all sorts of occasions. With 5 family members and birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Easter and St. Patrick’s Day that was a lot of cards every year! You were always kind and welcoming to us when we got the chance to visit, which unfortunately was never often enough.

A very sweet woman.I fondly recall seeing Mr.& Mrs. O'NEILL  smiling faces as they sat and watched numerous shows featuring children at the Park.I recall her saying to me how she loved watching the kids growing up throughout the years.
She had always brought a smile to my face.RIP
