Fritz enjoyed coming over and having time with Dimitri and his family. We will miss those times.

My father in law was a great man, he loved his children, and his grandchildren.
One year Makaela had Grandparent's Day at her school, my husband ask his dad to come, but he was not feeling up to it. But, as soon as Makaela got on the phone and said, "Please Granpere, can you come to my school for Grandparent's Day," he didn't say no. He was there for her.
He definitely loved his grandchildren.
