She attended Waller High School and had a long career working at Cook Electric Co.
She is preceded in death by her parents Margaret and Harold Baier, her husband Peter, her sister Irene and brother Harold.
She is survived by her sister Dorothy, her son Peter, daughter Patti and her grandson Harley, along with cousins, nieces and nephews.
Henrietta stayed very active throughout her life with her various clubs and groups, which included the Hummel Club, Germania Woman's Club, American Aid Society of German Descendants, Niedersachsen Club, German Day Festival, Schwaben-Verein of Chicago, Rheinischer Verein Mardi Gras Society.
She was also the consummate crafter always making items to sell at her church's Christmas Bazaar which she ran for several years to help raise money for the church. Every year she made Christmas ornaments and cards for all the members of her clubs.
Her numerous friends and fellow club members always enjoyed her participation in all of their activities and she will be dearly missed.
Funeral will be private for family only.
