Jesus Escalante

After graduating from Lakeview High School, Jesus went on to serve as manager of grocery and convenience stores, most recently by the staff and clientele at J.J. Peppers at Addison and Central. He loved sports-- particularly wrestling, football, and baseball. He will be remembered by all for his love of family, his laughter and sense of humor-- but especially for his great love for his daughter.

Beloved life partner of Sandra Paine, devoted father of Arielle Escalante, loving son of Maria Mercedes Escalante (nee Hernandez) and the late Gilberto Escalante, dear brother of Lupe, Pilar (Rodolfo), Gil, Manny, and Alex. He was the coolest uncle to Gio, Omar, Cristina, Pubee, and Yan.

Memorial donations may be made in his name to an educational fund being established for Arielle.

Visitation Tuesday, April 12, 8:30-10:30am, Montclair-Lucania Funeral Homer, 6901 W. Belmont, Chicago, 60634, followed by 11am mass at St. Viator Catholic Church, 4170 W. Addison, Chicago.
