JoAnn was also deeply devoted to the St. Ben’s community, where she gave generously of her time and talents. She served in liturgical ministries, parish councils, the welcoming committee, and the women’s club, and was honored as St. Ben’s Woman of the Year for her dedication and service.
JoAnn is survived by her two children, Jeffrey Sr. and Janet; seven cherished grandsons: Jeffrey Jr. (Megaen), Dante, Brennan, Todd, Shane, Joseph, and Ian; and her sister, Judy Hester. Her family was the center of her world, and she took tremendous pride in watching them grow, succeed, and flourish.
