Jack was a giant in the eminent domain bar. He used his remarkable skill in the courtroom, his vast real estate experience as a lawyer and developer/ owner, and his authentic humanity and charm, all with exceptional success. He was also a great guy. He will be fondly remembered by many.

Jack was my long time friend, client, personal attorney and business associate. He was one of the few people I would consider doing a business deal based on a hand shake only. He was without a doubt the most underrated attorney and businessman I've ever known.

I will miss our conversations and offer his family my sincere and heartfelt condolences.

I knew Jack as a great eminent domain trial attorney starting at least 40 years ago. I enjoyed his wit and war stories for many years. I had occasion to work on an owners case with Jack a few years back and his brilliance in litigation shined thru. I am so sorry for your loss Jack was one of a kind. 💜Leo Cinquino
