Jose Garcia Padilla, age 83, was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico on February 11, 1939, and passed on January 21, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Jose was the most loving husband of the late Esther L. Garcia; loving father of David (Norma) Garcia, Debbie (Renzo) Botteri, Maria (Luis) Arroyo, Joann Morales, Joey Garcia, and Gina (Orlando) Morales; adoring grandfather of Sarina (Carlos) Ortiz, Jazmin (Jesse) Izaguirre, Ray Morales, Nicole Arroyo, John (Alex) Morales, Samantha Arroyo, Pedro Lopez, Orlando Morales, Deanna Lopez, Janean Morales, Joann Garcia, Hannah Garcia, Angelica Garcia, and David Garcia; most adoring great-grandfather of Adonis, Adalina, Justin, Elijah, Alyssa, Nicole, and Adelina; beloved brother of eight; unforgettable uncle; caring cousin; and fond friend of many.
