Lauren Rose De Leon, age 21 passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Beloved daughter of Miguel De Leon and Tracey (Victor) Martinez; Adoring sister of Matthew De Leon, Jacob (Carmen) De Leon, and Josiah Tamayo; Cherished granddaughter of the late Luciano De Leon and the late Virginia De Leon, the late Lucille Stanley and the late Lewis Stanley; Loving aunt to Mila Grace De Leon. Loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Lauren will be missed by all who knew her.
Visitation for Lauren will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646. Followed by Chapel Prayer Service & Words of Remembrance at the same location from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
