Missing you grandpa.
Another year without you is heartbreaking 💔.  Your Faith and prayers and preaching God's word is still alive in my memories. One day we will meet again. You would be happy to know that your great grandchildren are doing very well and both are very strong in their Faith. One day we will all be together leaving this sinful world behind us.

Today's the anniversary of your homecoming. I bet your having a beautiful time in heaven. I miss hearing your prayers and hearing your voice as your lips spoke of Jesus and his love for us.

My beautiful BIG hearted grandpa passed away on this date years ago. His memory has lived on and the thoughts of him are heart warming. He is missed so very much. I can still see him in my thoughts of when he left my house after visiting. As I watched him leave, he looked back. He wasn't feeling the best but he would make sure to visit every single loved one before heading back to Indiana. He would have been 95 Christmas Eve. Missing him and remembering his love. 💕

Grandpa, There is never a day that goes by that I don't think about you. This has been a rough year with so many more losses. Heaven has gained so many angels to join you, your grand daughter, Shannon in Feb., your daughter-in-law, Aunt Janice in the summer, your baby sister, Great Aunt Mary who was your birthday surprise and then other grand daughter, Dawn who has joined all of you just in time for the New Year. You have always held us so close to your heart and the memory of you and your love will never fade. You always said you wanted to live to 100 and you hope we never die. Well heaven needed you sooner and the only way we meet again is through Faith. Life is a constant struggle here as it was for you to get everyone to just come together in love. It breaks my heart the way it done yours. Just like you, I will never stop letting them all know I love them. I also made sure I remembered what you told me prior to your stroke. I will continue to fight for continued justice for Uncle Billy on your behalf to keep other families from going through the pain our famliy has for years.
I love and miss you so very much.

Grandpa there is never a day that goes by that I remembed you. Every time I look out in my yard I imagine the last time you visited and I will always remember seeing you look back at me. I love and miss you so much.  As you may know already Shannon has passed and she is with you and our other loved ones. She will be laid to rest at the same place as you, her husband and other love ones. One day we will all meet again. Love and miss you always.

To the family: I am sorry to hear of the loss of this great man.   I had the pleasure of knowing your father/grandpa , as he was a customer of our banking center. He always stayed and chatted with us and had a neat story to tell everytime! He was very particular about the $ bills he would get-- he wanted as new as possible because he would give them to his loved ones <3

Laverne was a blessing every time he stopped in. The stories he told us were fascinating and we looked forward to him coming to our branch. He was a special guy and he'll be missed.

Grandpa always made me smile and laugh and feel loved! I loved the way he clapped his teeth together in his mouth as they were hanging out when we asked and he not only did the Donald Duck talk but taught me how! He also made my children feel loved and special. and made my father feel appreciated and loved

Grandpa, you have always been a great fun loving grandpa and great grandpa.  I was impressed at the way you tried your hardest to keep in touch with all your grandchildren and never forgot any of us.  I loved the way you would always name every one of us and tell anyone you met about how many children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great, grandchild you had.  You were such a proud person even if you didn't get to spend as much time as you wanted with all of us.  You amazed me on how much you made time to meet each and everyone one.  If you didn't meet any, you always prayed for them and always remembered them.  You are a man with a huge heart and you made a difference in my life.  Thank you for being you. Vern, I wll miss and never forget you. I'll miss talking with you and listening to your stories about about the past. I'll miss your candor, I always felt I was getting honest feelings when we talked. I will always be greatful that you visited me when           I was in the hospital and you were there when I took those first steps, I will never forget it. I'm glad you were part of the kids lifes and they will always remember you. I love and miss you.
