Leona J. Bykowski, 88, Nee Kwasinski of Elmwood Park passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. Born in Chicago on Thursday, August 29, 1929 to Edward and Wanda ( nee Rzepka) Kwasinski. Devoted wife of the late Bruno, Jr.; beloved mother of Bruce (Bridget), Wayne (Marlene), Kathy (Scott) Berg, James and the late Karen (Gary) Heinis ; cherished grandmother of Denise (David) O’Neal, Christopher (Darcy) Bykowski, Bryan (Mindy) Bykowski, Michael (Theresa) Bykowski, Lori (Robert) Withrow, Paul Heinis, Steven (Mackenzie) Berg, David (Christina) Berg, Jennifer (Friederich) Lutz, Debra (Jason) Karels and Susan Berg; ; adored great grandmother of Betty, Quinn, Brylie, Matthew, Madison and Bryant; loving sister of the late Irvin Kwasinski, Dolores Pawlik and Richard Kwasinski ; dear aunt and great aunt of many nieces and nephews.
