Lucy graduated from Malcolm X College and spent 29 years dedicated to her work at Misericordia Home before retiring. She was known for her love of lobster and shrimp, her cherished jewelry collection, and her daily ritual of coffee with extra cream and Splenda.
Lucy will be remembered fondly for her contagious laugh, vibrant, no-nonsense spirit, and the kindness she shared with everyone she met. Her warmth and generosity touched the lives of many, and she was deeply loved by all who knew her.
Her surviving child holds dear the memories of weekends filled with family outings, backyard barbecues, and quiet moments together, watching TV in her favorite recliner.
Luzselenia will be greatly missed by all.
