Margaret K. Loeffler, age 69, of Shorewood, Illinois passed away on Friday, January 10, 2025. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 12, 1955. On June 10,1989 she married the late Carl Loeffler. Maggie worked for the Chicago Police Department for 29 years and retired on June 15, 2011. Margaret enjoyed traveling to various places and loved spending time with her family and her fur babies. She was survived by sisters: Mary Ann (Jack) Cecchini and Dorothy (James) Morris; loving aunt of 13 nieces and nephews; beloved great aunt of many and also a great-great aunt. Margaret was preceded in death by the late Anthony Krischunas, the late Patricia Langone, and the late Evelyn Krischunas.
A visitation for Margaret will be held Thursday, January 16, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Andrew J. Mc Gann & Son Funeral Home, 10727 S. Pulaski Road, Chicago, Illinois 60655. A prayer service will be held on Friday, January 17, 2024, from 11:00 AM - 11:15 AM Andrew J. Mc Gann & Son Funeral Home, 10727 S. Pulaski Road, Chicago, Illinois followed by a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, January 17, 2024 from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM at St. Christina Catholic Church, 3342 W. 111th St, Chicago, Illinois 60655. Services will conclude with a graveside service at 1:00 PM at St. Casimir Catholic Cemetery, 4401 W. 111th Street, Chicago, Illinois.
