Mary "Pat" Dugan

Mary "Pat" Dugan, age 87, peacefully passed away on March 3, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Jack Dugan; Adored mother of the late Denise (James) Gallina; Loving daughter of the late Tom and the late Mary Wixted; Devoted "Gram" to Dugan Gallina, the late Alexandra Gallina, Haley (Migui) Gallinadelapeña, and Randy Gallina; Cherished sister of the late Margie (the late Philip) Heneghan, the late Tom Jr. (Maureen) Wixted, Diane Wixted, and Nancy (Jay) Mayor; Fond aunt to many nieces and nephews.

A faithful woman, Pat was also adventurous, humorous, and thoughtful—qualities that shaped the way she lived and the way she was loved.

Visitation will be held at Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home, 6901 West Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634, on March 10, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Mary will lie in state at Saint Alphonsus Liguori Church, 411 N Wheeling Rd, Prospect Heights, IL 60070, on March 11, 2026, from 10:00 am.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Alphonsus Liguori Church, 411 N Wheeling Rd, Prospect Heights, IL 60070, on March 11, 2026, from 11:00 am.
