Matt - I will cherish all the great times we had on the golf course. The Saturday morning matches were something I looked forward to every week. I will also miss discussing our shared appreciation for Irish bands with female lead singers. I’m sure you’re in a better place, alternating between Par 3s and some good music. Peace, brother.

Oh Our Dear Matty,
What is our group going to do without you. I was just starting to hang around again, and now you are no longer with us. I will miss your smiling face. I don't think there was a girl in our group who didn't have a secret crush on you. Your compassion and warmth for your friends never went unnoticed. Good times at softball games and Mike's Pot Belly.  Fun and laughter at various houses in the group and you danced. Matty you will be greatly missed by many friends and family members. Oh Matty,
Even though it's been a while since we'd seen each other, my memories of our good times will last a lifetime!!! The 4th of July party at my brother's house and shooting off fireworks. You left an indelible mark on everyone you met. Our hearts are a little emptier with you not in them. You finally have peace....... and you're a scratch golfer now!!!! Till we all meet again..........

We will miss you greatly with your easy smile and quick wit.
Since the day we met, singing Cara Mia at Mike’s, a little Roll Out the Barrel, and trading heart punches (ouch) you have been like a little brother.
Donna and I wish we could have been around you more and help provide some peace.

Hondo, I Love You and Will Never Forget You. All the Years we spent together Growing Up, Spending All of Our Time with each other, All the Great Times Playing Sports throughout our Life.. All the Wonderful Times We've had with each other at Our Picnics, Ball Games, Playing on the Boulevard, St. John Berchman's Gym, Father & Son Pizzaria, Parties at Kanes house, Judy's basement, Ketter's new apartments, and most recently at My House BBQ's  with all of our Friends that we grew up with!!! WE ARE SOME LUCKY PEOPLE THAT WE STILL STAYED TOGETHER FOR SO, SO LONG!!
For Now I say GOODBYE and we will see each other again someday!! I WILL MISS YOU MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW!! I am so sorry that I was not able to Say GOODBYE the right way. This world will not be a better place without you and there will be a Hole In My Heart because you are Gone.

I’m so very sorry for your loss. I met Matt at Foss Park Golf Course and immediately liked him. He was a sweet, caring and kind person. I’ll always think of him when I play there.
