Michael Aleksiewicz, age 74, of Chicago, Vietnam Air Force Veteran, passed away on November 22, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Michael was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 28, 1945 to the late Mike and Ethel (nee Bindig) Aleksiewicz. Beloved Husband of Clarissa R. (nee Cortez); loving Father of Rey, Angel, and Walter; cherished Grandpa of Israel, Uliana, Emmeline, Nolan, and Ivy; fond brother of Carolyn, Louise (Larry), and the late Martin; dear uncle, cousin, and friend of many.

Visitation 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, November 26th at Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home, 6901 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago. Chapel Service 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 27th at the funeral home. Interment & Military Honors to follow at Irving Park Cemetery, Chicago.

I remembered when I water bombed Michael when I was 5 years old from the second floor of Auntie Marie,s house. He smiled and shook his finger at me Auntie Marie said was that you Regina?. I was so bad but he just laughed at me.
