Mykola Tarasiuk,94, of Chicago passed away at his home on Friday October 21, 2011. Born on Saturday February 3, 1917 in Russia. He is a beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather. Visitation will be Monday October 24, 2011 from 9:00am until time of service 2:00pm at The Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home 6901 W. Belmont Avenue Chicago. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in River Grove, IL
