Raquel Angelio, 94, was born into life in the Philippines on December 20, 1920, and born into eternity on May 13, 2015; beloved wife of the late Isaias Angelio; loving mother of Calauman (Vito) Neri, Bitoon Angelio, Luz Verano, Roy (Nenita) Angelio, Teresita (Cesar) Onate, the late Himaya Angelio and Judith (Romeo) Guese; adoring grandmother of Rachel Neri, Isaias Neri, Mayett (Charles) Shellenberger, Luzelle Neri, Ian Verano, Calvin Verano, Julie Rose Guese, Esiah Onate, Sicilly Angelio, Ann Raquel Guese and Jacquelyn Onate; most adoring great-grandmother of Charles and Alexandra Shellenberger; dear sister of Esther (late Arsenio) Baculanta, Jose (Adelfa) Mintalar, Rhodie (Perfecto) Llaguno, Leah Infante, Resia (Eddie) Banzuelo, the late Purificacion (Proculo) Bongabong and Joel (Peri) Mintalar; fond friend, cousin and aunt of many.
