A resident of Chicago, Illinois, Richard was the loving significant other of Michelle Lazaroff; Proud dad of Dylan Tovey and James Tovey; step-father of Layla Lazaroff; dear brother of the late Pete (survived by Linda)Vokovich, Don (Linda) Johnston and the late James Johnston; Step-grandfather of Trista, Alyssa, Mariah, Meghan; fond uncle and friend of many.
Rich was smart, kind, and generous and always willing to help to anyone who needed it. He was "Mr. Fix it".
He will be remembered fondly by all who knew him. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
