Rita M. Plante, nee Vaughan, age 86, passed away on March 20, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Plante; Loving mother of Kenneth (Linda), Joseph (MaryRose), and the late Steven, James, and Michael; Cherished Nana of Alexis, Caitlin, and Ryan; Dearest daughter of the late John and Mary, nee Russell, Vaughan; Dear sister of the late John, Patrick, Kenneth, and Gene Vaughan, along with Noreen Keelan and Margaret Konstatos; Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation for Rita will be on Tuesday, April 19, from 3-8 PM at Andrew J. McGann & Son Funeral Home, 10727 S Pulaski, Chicago. Funeral to begin at 9:15 AM on Wednesday, April 20, at Andrew J. McGann & Son, proceeding to Our Lady at St. Germaine Church, 9711 S Kolin Ave, Oak Lawn, for a 10 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady at St. Germaine Church.
