

Suzanne Teresa Trentz, 78, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away after a brief illness October 9, 2025 at home, with family by her side. She was born to Charles Sr. and Lillian (Mlynski) Joly in Chicago on November 1, 1946. She married Bill Wollack on October 8, 1977.
Sue worked at Com Edison for 33 years, retiring in 1997. For the past 28 years, she drove a school bus for the Alpha Bus Company. An energetic baseball fan, especially the New York Yankees, she officiated IHSA, Little League, and tournaments for 42 years.
Her conversations also reflected her love for all of God’s animals, especially stray cats that she took into her home. Pigeons and squirrels found an oasis in her yard.
Sue is survived by her husband, son Lenny Trentz, twin brother Ed (Pat) Joly, brother Craig Joly, sister Cheryl (Jim) Prosak, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Charles Joly Jr., and sister-in-law Robyn Joly.
A memorial visitation for Suzanne will be held Monday, October 27, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Andrew J. McGann & Son Funeral Home, 10727 S. Pulaski Road Chicago, IL 60655, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Interment Private.
