Thomas Edward Browne, age 86, United States Navy Veteran, passed away on January 29th, 2024. Loving husband of the late Kathleen Browne, nee Carroll; Beloved father of Therese (Timothy) Johnson, Richard T. Browne, and Carole (Ken) Beard; Cherished grandfather of Tim Johnson, Katie Johnson, and Megan Beard; Dear brother of the late Ron Browne, the late Ken Browne, Mary Jean Busking, the late Mike Browne, and Gerry Browne; Uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Genevieve Browne, nee Uzdavinis.
Friends and family will gather for a visitation for Thomas that will be held from 3 - 8 PM on Sunday, February 4th, at Andrew J. McGann & Son Funeral Home, 10727 South Pulaski, Chicago, Illinois 60655. Funeral to begin at 10:15 AM on Monday, February 5th, 2024 at Andrew J. McGann & Son, proceeding to St. Bernadette Church, 9343 South Francisco Avenue, Evergreen Park, Illinois 60805 for an 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
