OPIOLA-JARR, VICTORIA, age 40, passed away peacefully on Saturday Sept 10 after a long courageous battle with several autoimmune diseases. She was the beloved wife of Greg Jarr, her childhood sweetheart and long-time best friend.Victoria was born on May 10, 1976. She was the daughter of Susan Opiola and Anthony Opiola CPD. Victoria leaves behind cherished mother-in-law Carol Jarr (late Dennis Jarr), her beloved godmother ‘Auntie Linda’, brother-in-law Matt, nephews Ethan and Auston,, her life-long best friend Jennifer Wade, nephew Daniel, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous close friends. Victoria simply just enjoyed life, being happy and was always smiling. Visitation Friday from 3 – 9 pm at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago.
