Vilma Jardeleza Montesa

Vilma Jardeleza Montesa, 88 passed away September 7th. Born in the Philippines February 20, 1938 to Carlos Jardeleza and Blandina (nee Maquina). Wife to the late Eduardo Montesa. She was preceded in death by her son Carlo. Loving mother of Eddie (Sarah) and Joy (Bill). Loving grandmother to Tesa, Leza, Bishop and Franquelin. Dear sister of Linda, Cely, Nora, Merle and Carlos Jr.. Fond aunt of many nephews and nieces.

She will be missed by many friends, doctors and nurses as she was a RN for many years and often time put others before herself. One thing that holds true is that Vilma lived life with no regrets and always did things her way may she rest in eternal peace.

Visitation will be held at Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home, 6901 West Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634, US, on September 13, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
