Our deepest condolences to Lorna, Senen, Day & Family
Toots as we fondly called him was a great friend, our kababayan and also an excellent student of Delio in high school.
I remember, Toots called us right after his arrival in Chicago from the Philippines. That was the beginning of our long friendship.
We regarded him as an extended family member always with us on many family gatherings.
We love you Toots. You will be missed.
May you Rest In Peace. 🙏
