Virginia M. Gawlik, (nee Lach) of Chicago, passed away Monday, February 13, 2012. Virginia was the beloved wife of the late John, devoted daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Lach, fond sister of Jeannette (Clifford) Swiecki, the late John (Mary) Lach, and the late Eleanore (Syl) Parzy. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews: Eileen (Dennis) Gaull, Jeannette (Bill) Murray, Patricia (Leon) Ivanauski, Toni (Joseph) Kosydar, Julie (Wayne) Parzy-Morris, Patricia (Mark) Jurjella, Jacqui (Lance) Smalarz, Claudette Warner (deceased), Diana (Dean) Swiecki-Taylor, Tom (Ann) Gawlik, June (Jim - deceased) Bradshaw, Joseph (Susan) Gawlik, and Gayle (Tom) Edison. Visitation Wed. Feb. 15, 3 to 9pm at Malec and Sons Funeral Home, 6000 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago. Funeral Thurs, 9:15am from the funeral home to St. Cornelius Church for Mass at 10am.
