Mrs. Betty Channell Gibson age 77 of Vincent passed away at The Shelby Baptist Hospital in Shelby County,Al on Decmeber 29, 2013. Funeral Services for Mrs. Gibson will be on Tuesday December 31, 2013 at 2PM at Vincents First Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 11:30-2PM at the Church. Burial will be at Vincent Cemetery. Rev. Wayne Lowe and Rev. Darrell Woods will be officiating the service. Survivors are;Sons:Dennis Gibson of Vincent , Al.Herbert (Sonny) Gibson (Sandra) of Harpersville, Al.Grandchildren:Jeremy Gibson of Eclectic, Al,Matthew Gibson of North Port, Al.Misty (Jason)Valenti of Sterrett, Al,Jay Gibson(Julie) of Harpersville, Al.Heather Gibson of Harpersville, Al,17 Great Grandchildren,Numerous Nieces and Nephews and Cousins.Preceded in death:By her Loving Husband of 59 years; Grover Jr. Gibson of Vincent, and Son; Ralph Gibson of Vincent.Pallbearers:Jason Valenti, Jeremy Gibson, Matthew Gibson, Jonathan Gibson,Steve Gibson, David Sanders.
