Chuck was my brother by heart and by bond. He truly showed me what a big brother was. He taught me that family just isn't blood. Such an amazing man. My heart is shattered.

Chuck was my brother by choice. He was an amazing man who never met a stranger. He’d give you the shirt off his back and never expected anything in return. Someone who would try his best to be there when he was needed. Always been a working man and a strong provider for his family. I love him so much and will miss him dearly. Thank you for being my brother, Love Peggy. ❤️😢

I was so heart broken to hear that chuck was called home to be with the Lord. He cheered myself and other Waffle house employee's up every time we seen him pull in the parking lot. He had the biggest heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. He will always hold a special place in my heart. I will keep his children and family in my prayers.

Chuck was amazing. He would do anything for anyone if he was able. He was technically my ex brother in law, but considering our age difference, he was more like a father to me. I always knew I could count on him for anything, and I loved him very dearly. It breaks my heart that he is gone. But it breaks my heart even more for the people who never knew him. They missed out on someone wonderful. The world is a little worse off with him not in it.
