Effie L. Ford, age 86, of Vincent, Alabama passed away on Monday, September 14, 2020. Effie was born March 4, 1934.

She is survived by daughters, Janie Sims (Scotty); and Dean Reynolds (Joe); grandchildren; Malisha Palmer (Eric), Robert Sims (Amy), Josh Sims (Leighann),and Wessley Russell (Susan), great grandchildren; Anthony Moreno, Madelyn Palmer, Chloe Sims, Reese Sims, Mayleen Sims, Bree Russell and Ginny Rae Russell.

Effie was preceded in death by her son, Raymond R. Russell Jr..

A visitation for Effie will be held Friday, September 18, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Vincent Revival center. A funeral service will occur Friday, September 18, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Vincent Revival Center, in Vincent Alabama. A burial will follow at Vincent City Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Robert Sims , Josh Sims , Wessley Russell, Anthony Moreno , Eric Palmer and Chris Shaw.

Mrs. Ford worked as a seamstress at Taylor's Cleaners In Childersburg for 30 years.
