Mr. Phillip was such a friend to all of us... he didn't just come to change lights or replace ballasts. He came to share a smile, a laugh, his sweet spirit. He will be greatly missed. Our prayers will be with his family. God bless and keep you; may He give you peace.

I grew up with Phillip we played base ball together as kids from the third, fourth and fifth grade. I pitched and Phillip was the hindcatcher . We enjoyed being together it was fun being around him ,we hunted to gather, fished to gather, dated together. Phillip was a very dear friend he would come buy and pick me up when I was down. We rode all over flagg pole mountain telling jokes and laughting. I have missed him a lot over the years.

Philip is my first cousin and more like a brother that I never had. We have done things together when I lived in Sylacauga and later when I moved back to Talladega. He was with me when I met my husband. He has been to see me in Mobile when I have had operations and we have been on trips together. I will truly miss all the pranks we always played on each other. Will miss you but you are in a better place. I love you.
