Samuel Edmond Galloway, age 85, of Childersburg, Alabama passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2025. Samuel was born in Shelby County, Alabama to Marie Galloway and Cecil Galloway.

Samuel is survived by his wife, Rebecca Galloway; his son Greg Galloway; his grandchildren Hannah Payton (Josh) and Joshua Galloway, and his great grandchildren Addie Galloway, Gabe Payton, Elsie Payton and Walker Payton.

Samuel was preceded in death by his father Cecil Galloway and his mother Marie Galloway; his brother Dale Galloway; his sisters Glenda Thomas and Faye Lett.

A visitation for Samuel will be held Thursday, June 26, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM with Rev. Danny Bynum officiating.

Samuel will be laid to rest in Greenhill Memorial Gardens.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to the National MS Society.
