Funeral service for Sherldean Tarwater Kendrick, age 70, will be Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 2PM at Grace Baptist Church with the Reverend Tim Cox and Reverend Ferrell Morris officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Chelsea. She is survived by her husband: Wayne Kendrick of Chelsea; daughters: Tammy Marshall of Childersburg, and Julie Wesson (Keith) of Sylacauga; sons: Robert Tarwater Jr. (Sheila) of Childersburg and Kenneth Kendrick (Patsy) of Chelsea; grandchildren: Devin Blakely (David), Maegan Marshall, Katelyn Marshall, Ashley Serritt (Jeff), Payton Raines, Brittney Tarwater, Erin Kendrick, Jordan Raines, Cody Kendrick and Justin Tarwater; sisters: Boots Dobbs of Childersburg, Sara Salles of Sylacauga; brother: B.R. Smith (Sherry) of Vincent; sister-in-laws: Doris Smith of Vincent, Marie Alverson (Tom) of Westover, Barbara Alverson (Wade) of Westover and Wanda Moore (Robert) of Westover. Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel will direct the services.
