

Annie Rose Etta Deadman Wright, 1921 – 2014, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2014 at Glenwood Care Centre in Agassiz at the age of 93. Annie married Clifton Wright in Fulford Quebec in 1940. She was a member of the Fulford Community Social Club and attended the United Church. She kept busy caring for her flower gardens, growing vegetables and fruit and she made quilts, hand sewn with love in each stitch. Annie is lovingly remembered by her children Kathie (Larry) Royer, Linda (Ken) Jersey, Gary (Karen) Wright, George (Brenda) Wright, Rodney (Sue) Wright and Cindy (John) Kingwell and by 8 grandsons, 8 granddaughters, 9 great grandsons, 7 great granddaughter and 2 great great granddaughters living in BC, Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia. Annie was predeceased by her parents George and Mary Clarisy Tremblay Deadman of Eastman, Quebec, her husband Clifton Wright, her sisters Hazel, Emma, Irla, Nettie and Marilyn and brothers Ira, John, and Ronald and by her daughter Beverley and her granddaughters Melissa and Kimberley. A Service of Remembrance will be held at 3 pm on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Sardis Fellowship Baptist Church, 45187 Wells Road in Sardis. Rod Heppell officiating. Annie will be taken back to Quebec to be buried beside her husband in Fulford. Funeral Service will take place in the United Church in Fulford, Quebec.
