He is lovingly remembered by his sisters Brenda Peters and Pam Hesketh, both of Chilliwack, BC, and Dawn Harvey of Labrador, NF, as well as his brother, Harold Offer of Chilliwack, BC. He also leaves behind his nieces Chantell, Jessica, Tricia, Holly, and Ashley. As well as his nephew Randy.
He was predeceased by his father, Harold Clarence Offer, and his mother, Cora Mary (Bellfontaine) Offer. As well as his nephew, Sheldon Harvey.
For most of Brian’s life, he was a house painter in Victoria, BC, Edmonton, AB, and Chilliwack, BC. Brian loved being outdoors and fishing. He was a kind, generous, and gentle soul. He loved his family dearly.
A memorial service will be held on a later date at Henderson’s Funeral Home and Crematorium in Chilliwack, BC.
