It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Doreen Hildebrandt, at Chilliwack General Hospital early Sunday morning on January 28th, 2024 at the age of 92 years.
Doreen is survived by her children Diane (Frank), Brenda (Jim), Carey (Heidi) and Randy (Karen). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Doreen was predeceased by her husband John (March 18, 2010) and her son Darwyn (March 4, 2007).
A family graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 11:00 am at Chilliwack Cemeteries. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 1:00 pm followed by a Luncheon at Henderson's Funeral Home, 45901 Victoria Ave., Chilliwack, BC.
Should family and friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of Doreen would be appreciated to any of the following charities: Heart and Stroke Foundation, Diabetes Canada and Canadian Cancer Society.
