Doug was born December 25, 1948 in Powell River, British Columbia.
Doug is survived by his wife, Cecilia Maria Sprague of 55 years; Son, Corey Don Earnest Sprague; Daughter, Lorrieann Davignon (Serge); Grandchildren, Mathieu (Katherine) and Nathiel (Ann); and Great Grandchildren, Amelia, Roseilea, Fitzroy, and Ophelia.
Doug was predeceased by his father, David Earle Sprague and his mother, Doreen Sprague, nee Black.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 26th at 2:00pm at the Chilliwack Curling Club.
